Live streaming for Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe 2024

- PSCSE is the perfect prologue for the 2024 summer season

- ETS also confirmed as partner for the second season of the competition

Earlier this year, the organization of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe was able to announce a great calendar, registrations opened and a new partner came on board with onGRID. That's not all, because ETS will also experience the 2024 season as a partner and the Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe will also receive live streaming during the four events of the second season.

The second season of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe will start in just under three months. As previously announced, the season now has four meetings, starting on January 27 and 28, 2024 in Portimão, followed by Estoril on February 2 and 3. Valencia (23 and 24 February) and the final in Barcelona (1 and 2 March) form the second part of this competition, which consists of four meetings on very beautiful and varied circuits on the Iberian Peninsula.

“The great news is that the competition will have its own streaming, so that everyone can follow the races, which is not only useful for the people on site, but also means that sponsors, friends and family and all racing fans in our region do not have to worry about anything. of missing the exciting races,” Lars Plato tells the story. “Our list of participants is very international and the images will be viewed throughout Europe. Naturally, we rely on a strong partner for the production and broadcasting of the images, which will only make the experience of our competition even stronger. We cannot share the beautiful weather of Southern Europe, but we can share the spectacle and excitement!”

Just like in the first season, the competition consists of four categories, which compete in two different divisions. The Sport division includes the PRO and PRO-AM drivers who race in the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (type 992), with Gold drivers also allowed for the second season. “In the Sport division, the Pros ride without ABS and the PRO-AM riders, from the age of thirty, also ride without ABS. That and the fact that there is a stationary start makes the competition a very good preparation for a Porsche Carrera Cup participation in the summer,” explains Series Manager Lars Plato. “In the Club division we see the AM drivers in the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (type 992) and there is also the GT4 class for the new Porsche Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport and the Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport. We also previously announced that there is now an extra optional 'pre-event test day' for both divisions, to give the teams and drivers even more testing opportunities, excluding approximately 3.5 hours of track time per division. The standard program remains: one official test day (3.5 hours track time) and one race day (2.5 hours track time).”
